Proposed building

The proposed pavilion is almost identical to the building completed by Kineton Cricket Club in early 2023, and we intend to use the same supplier for the building construction (Passmores.co.uk)

The building will measure 18.6m by 9m, and consist of mainly timber construction. The modular construction system means that, once the foundation has been laid, assembly time should only take about a week followed by roofing work to create a watertight pavilion. The fitting-out process, including insulation, floor screed, plumbing and electrics, can then commence.
